Your cooking week
Day 1
One list. Everything you’re planning.
Calculated meals use rounded-up counts and weights, with ingredient assumptions below. Added recipes may keep their original cups, cans and whole-item quantities; alternatives and optional ingredients remain marked. Raw, dry and cooked foods stay separate. Check package size, optional toppings and the original recipe before shopping.
Added recipes use their selected total servings, independent of “Cooking for.”
A recipe for your shopping list.
Choose from the planner collection and add the total servings you want to cook. Shopping additions leave daily totals unchanged. Use Add to meal plan to choose a day and replace a meal.
Start with what you have.
Search for ingredients and check what’s in your kitchen. Choose the exact form—raw, cooked, dry or canned. We match ingredients, not quantities; check you have enough for the recipe.
Nutrition and shopping amounts are estimates; brands, preparation and serving sizes affect actual values. Dietary tags describe the chosen ingredients; check product labels for your needs. Bean dip excludes crackers or vegetables. Sides are counted only when named in the meal.
Using the planner: enter your own daily targets, choose how many days and people you are cooking for, and build a plan. Add extra recipes to your shopping list or explore meals using ingredients you have. Saved plans stay in your current browser. Nutrition and shopping amounts are estimates.
